Founder of Sportline Management, Horia has a Masters degree in International Business Law and has very strong connections with race teams at all levels of the sport.

Driver Performance Coordinator

Deeply involved in motorsport for many years, Alex has worked with drivers from karting all the way to Formula 1 and is an authority in both physical training and the mental preparation needed to succeed in professional sport.

Driver Coaching &  Development

With a wealth of experience as a driver in both single seaters and endurance racing, Ayrton is a key component of our team and is involved with assessments, development and on-site consultancy for our young drivers
